Notice provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the processing of personal data collected through the contact forms of the husbikes.com website (HUS E-Kid Racing Bike).

2. Personal data collected
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the forms on the website. Depending on the form used, the data may include:
- Contact form: reason for contact, type of subject (private individual/business), first and last name, email, phone, location, and any message.
- "Become a HUS Sport Academy partner" / "Become a HUS dealer" forms: company or business name, contact person, email, phone, location, any VAT number, any website, and message.
- Sign-up form (launch notification): email address.
- Technical data as proof of consent: date and time of submission and IP address, processed to document the consent given.
No payment data is collected (the website does not carry out online sales), nor any special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR). No profiling activity is carried out.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- to respond to your requests for information or contact;
- to assess and manage applications as a HUS Sport Academy or as a dealer;
- to send you, if you signed up, a single communication at the time of the website launch;
- to manage and document the consent given (accountability principle).
The data is not used for unsolicited marketing, profiling, or recurring commercial communications, nor shared with third parties for promotional purposes.
4. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox in the forms;
- Performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), in order to follow up on requests for contact, information about a purchase, or partnership.
5. Data retention
The data is retained for the time necessary to handle your request and, in any case, for a maximum period of 24 months from the last contact, unless you exercise your right to erasure sooner. Once that period has elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Processing methods and security
The data is processed by electronic means and stored on servers located within the European Union (hosting service) and in the controller's email accounts.
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), protection of the forms against automated submissions (anti-bot systems), limiting of repeated attempts, and access to the data restricted to authorized personnel.
7. Recipients and transfers
The data may be processed on our behalf, acting as data processors, by: the hosting provider that hosts the website and the email accounts, and the agency responsible for the technical management of the website.
The data is not disclosed and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. The website does not use any third-party services that involve data transfers (the fonts are hosted directly on the website).
8. Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies, necessary for its operation, for which consent is not required. For details, see the Cookie policy.
9. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:
- access to your data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it), without prejudice to any other legal remedy.
11. Changes to this notice
The controller may update this notice to bring it into line with new legislation or developments of the website. Changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of the latest update. When online sales begin, this notice will be supplemented with the sections relating to purchases.
12. Governing language
This notice is also available in Italian. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
